This unique concept allows temporary ownership of a new car for non - residents of France. You must be over 19 years of age with a full drivers Licence. A new vehicle of your choice is registered in your name & is exempt of TAXES. It is yours to own & drive for the period of your contract. All rates include full vehicle insurance, including theft and third party liability. When the car is returned at the end of your contract a release form is signed ending your responsibility to the car.

Reside outside of the European Union. Be Visiting the European Union for less that 185 days in a 12 Month period.
You must not be in receipt of any income from a revenue producing activity in EU.
Drivers must be over 19 years old, with full Australian Licence. If you hold an Australian or New Zealand Full licence, an International Drivers Licence (in conjunction with your country licence) is recommended.

Eighty-six countries are contesting the qualifying rounds for the 2007 Rugby World Cup. The long road that leads to France began in Europe in September 2004 and will end early in 2007 with the repechage rounds. The qualifying rounds are based on regional competitions to minimise matches. Teams that qualified for the 2003 Rugby World Cup enter the final qualifying rounds for the 2007 World Cup.
